how northbeam turned one brief into 40 launch assets
a small outdoor brand, a new shoe and a launch that used to take a whole agency. this time it took one canvas.

one brief, said out loud
northbeam makes gear for people who would rather be outside. when the camp runner was ready, the team had a shoe, a launch date and nobody free to plan a shoot.
diego opened rollo and talked through the launch the way he'd brief a photographer: the shoe on a plain colour, the shoe on a crossing in the city, a short film, and the cuts for every channel. rollo laid that out as a canvas of nodes before he'd finished his coffee.
the shoe stays the shoe
the team dropped in three product photos as a reference node. every shot downstream drew from it, so the stitching, the lavender panel and the orange heel tab came out the same in the studio shots and the street scenes.
when a colour looked off, diego fixed it on one node and watched the marble roll the change through everything after it.
i used to spend launch week chasing files. this time i spent it deciding which shot i liked best.

launch day, sorted
the approved shots went through a batch node into every size the ads needed, square, story and wide, named the way their shop expects. by the end they had 40 launch assets on one canvas, and the brief that made them is still sitting at the top.
